I am Jaime “Yago” Urrutia, a multilingual professional (ES/CAT/FR/EN) based in Barcelona. My goal is to act as an operational bridge between technical teams and French-speaking markets.

My career is not a series of random jumps, but a strategic progression toward IT service coordination. I have combined industrial rigor, incident management, and data analysis to consolidate a hybrid profile: Management + Technical Vision.

Between 2020 and 2024, I balanced a medical leave during the pandemic with urgent family responsibilities: managing the family real estate business and caring for a sick relative in France. Far from being lost time, I transformed it into a strategic investment: I strengthened my French to C1 level, worked on my resilience through specialized coaching, and developed two practical ITSM integration projects (Clorian) to validate real ticketing flows using Jira, MySQL, and APIs.

Today, with all personal matters resolved, I am seeking to join a team in Barcelona as an IT Service Coordinator or Customer Success Manager, where I can contribute from day one with operational rigor, clear technical communication, and coordination skills in B2B environments.
